This Public Notice refers to our earlier advertisements published in The Guardian and Daily Trust newspapers of Monday, April 6, 2026, as well as in the Federal Tenders Journal of Monday, April 6 鈥� Sunday, April 19, 2026, in respect of the University鈥檚 Invitation to Tender.
The University hereby informs the general public and all interested bidders that the collection of bid documents will close as earlier stated in the advertisement. However, bid submission and opening, previously scheduled for Tuesday, May 5, 2026, have been rescheduled due to the ongoing nationwide industrial strike by the Non-Academic Staff of Universities.
The new tentative date for bid submission and opening is Tuesday, May 12, 2026, by which time it is expected that the strike will have been suspended. All other conditions of the bid remain unchanged.
We regret any inconvenience caused by this adjustment and sincerely appreciate the cooperation of all stakeholders.
